Laura is a person that loves life but also likes to see where her place is. She loves to know she has a future, so she is known to plan ahead. She plans her life and expects nothing to mess that up. Any Quidditch fans would love this girl, mostly because of her enthusiasm for the sport. She trained for being on a Quidditch team practically all her life. She will also have hufflepuff buddies, as the hufflepuff crowd are her favourite people to hang with. But really she's friends with anybody. Except really girly girls that obsess about hair, make-up, fashion etc. She likes down-to-earth people who want something out of their life and don't try to be some 'cool' person that doesn't give a damn. - Ellen Layden (old friends)

She's never been in love. Never even had a crush. I know that might sound weird, because everyone has had a slight attraction to somebody at some point. But Laura spent her childhood training to be an amazing Quidditch player and practising her journalism skills. Until she came to Hogwarts at the age of thirteen she hadn't spent time with friends since aged 10. There was very little time she put aside to spend time with anyone, especially boys. She has her eye on the prize of being a sports writer for the daily prophet. She doesn't expect to find love, with a male or a female. That doesn't mean I don't want it to find her though x3 Oh and she's a virgin.

Never had any enemies in her life, so this will be a refreshing change. What might happen is there might be some sports rivalry between house teams? Since she is the seeker so winning is mostly dependent on her. Maybe someone doesn't like that she's a vampire? ELLEN and LAURA: I have such an epic plot idea for these two! Ellen's mother is a muggle English teacher and taught her everything she knows about writing. From this, Ellen's always dreamed of going into journalism or even writing fiction novels. Elle was also a very, very, very good quidditch player before her brother died this last year in a quidditch accident [he played for the Montrose Magpipes]. Perhaps Ellen and Laura were good friends/rivals during those early years at Hogwarts, and Laura liked talkng to Elle's brother because ya know he WAS a pro quidditch player and a pretty awesome guy. After his death Ellen could have pulled away from Laura because she represents a part of her life that she wants to disappear (she won't touch a broom). Maybe Laura can try to make her realize that pulling away won't make everything better?
AMELIA AND LAURA: FRIENDSSS! Both these girlies are on the same quidditch team, and they can't stand girly girls. I can see them getting together and complaining about how annoying they are plus they can talk all day about their favorite sport!
LAUREN AND LAURA: Lauren is the captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team so they definitely know each other. Perhaps they have a little rivalry on the field? Lauren isn't really the type to continue that through the halls of Hogwarts because she's so darn shy. |

I love those ideas and i'm so happy Laura has friends already!
Ellen Laura would definitely be sad that she'd found a friend that had all the same interests as her and then because of a tragic accident (that Laura would be mourning for, too) she lost two people that really meant something to her. I think these two could have a very emotional thread together and Laura wouldn't be scared about talking about her emotions and getting her brother's death out in the open. So... EPIC!

Lauren Ha, Lauren would definitely get into the competitive spirit on the pitch but appreciate that during school hours she wasn't like that. She'd probably be a little jealous too, since captain of a team is a dream of hers.

Lily && Laura
Fellow sixth year even though they're in different houses. I think these two could have crossed paths at some point in Hogwarts and become friends. I think Laura would be included in the 'let's rant about James' discussions. Either way these two would be wonderful friends.
Hailey && Laura
Miss Hailey is a fifth year Ravenclaw and of pureblood. Her family was sorted into Slytherin but the hat decided to put her in Ravenclaw. So, she's a bit shy around others and first and had a run in with a complete seventh year psychopath Slytherin.. I can see Hailey looking up to Laura as a sister of some sort.
Anthony && Laura
OHKAY! So definitely enemies for these two. Anthony's a chaser on the Slytherin Quidditch Team. That, and added to the fact that she's a Hufflepuff of all houses, would make a very easy target for him.
Katelyn && Laura
FELLOW MATES! Kate's a fourth year Hufflepuff and quite bubbly. Loves to make friends so I can also see her following Laura around like a sister.
Tabitha && Laura
Tabby is a seventh year Slytherin. So, like Anthony, I could see a lot of hexing and/or fighting.

Athur & Laura
So Arty's a seventh year Gryffindor, and pretty much a open minded kind of guy, he doesn't matter who you are he'll be your friend, he's not one to judge if your muggle born, half-blood, or even a half breed. He always seems the good in people and says that people should not be judged on blood but on their character and who they are, I see these two getting along great and being friends.
Marcus & Laura
He's a Slytherin, and pretty much a mean down right ass. He doesn't like anyone who's not a pureblood. Plus he's also the beater for the Slytherin Quidditch team, so I am sure he would have come across her there on the field. Marcu's is just a hating person, he'll make in his job to make sure he cuases his victums alot of pain if you happen to get on his bad side and on his life.
Edric & Laura
I don't know, I don't see there being any plots between these two. Edric's a Hit Wizard under the Magical Law Enforcement Department, and pretty much doesn't let anyone in since his heart was broken many years ago. So like I said I don't see anything happening between these two, in else I mean if you think something up thats great, if not then all good.

REGULUS x LAURA
if she ever has the misfortune of coming into contact with regulus, she would not be treated with anythging remotely close to kindness as regulus feels half-blood and half-breeds to be most inferior in blood status. most often he makes no effort to consort with anything less than a pureblood and if he does - his appraoch is most disdainful and smug and very much so, belittling - moreso due to the fact that she is a vampire (whom he regards as diseased and tainted). that being said, he is part of the quidditch team and will undoubtedly find himself in dan's shop during holidays to buy gear. so there's chances that they could have had encounters there - if not in hogwarts itself.
DAN x LAURA
SISTERR. welp. the bulk of their relationship was described in the ad so there's really not much to ad on unless you feel it necessary. i imagine they'd send a lot of letters back and forth to each other and that they would occasionally meet at hogsmeade, whether its pre-organized or on random - as dan does tend to frequent the place. so yeaahh. if you wanna note with them right away, i would be happy to start up some threadage for them C: or you can. sup to you my dear <3 and thank you so much again, for taking her!!!

I propose quidditch rivalry and friendship? Because James is also a quidditch fanatic and will easily get along with anybody plus they’re in the same year. And he’s a regular visitor of her brother’s shop and thinks Dan is a legend so he also likes Laura!
RODOLPHUS AND LAURA
He’s Rodolphus Lestrange so he hates her on principal. And that’s all I got xD
ALISTAIR AND LAURA
He’s a beater, he’s your typical I’m more intelligent than you, I live in the library Ravenclaw and he doesn’t really pay attention to anyone but himself so except on the quidditch pitch I doubt these two will have run into each other. . . I have nothing.
