Hey Sissy,

Yeah, sorry. There was a delay in the shipment. Apparently one of the blokes who was supposed to be doing the delivery went missing. Seems to be a lot of those these days. I know school can be boring Sis, but it's probably for the best that you stay where you are. With Dumbledore there, there's no safer place to be. After all, it's not just muggleborns and so-called 'blood traitors' disappearing like they say.

Not much to say about me. I'm no different than usual. Mind you, a crate of snitches got loose the other day and created quite a mess. I spent a good four hours trying to figure out which ones needed to be returned because I had swatted a few of them out of the way by accident. I'm hoping one day they come up with a better way to coordinate the flesh memory, suppose they woudn't make much money though if snitches were re-usable.

I can probably make it out next weekend. I've got a package to deliver to friend at the Hogs Head - and she hates owls. How does Sunday sound? Around noon?

Hey Dan,

Do you think it would be possible to come earlier?

I swear most people at this school hate me. Especially the Slytherins. And I just don't get it. They don't know me, why do so many people around here seem to look for menial reasons to hate people? I keep thinking that they must have some redeeming features, as it's just not realistic for a person to be all bad. Everyone has somebody or some weakness that makes them happy. I'm trying desperately to find it in them to make school more bearable. But it's just.. silly. And doesn't make my experience here feel like it's worth it, as I'll never be able to change their opinions.

I'll see what I can do kiddo. I don't want you sneaking out to Hogsmeade during the week without any supervision. As much as I'm sure you'd do it, it's too dangerous and mum and dad wouldn't like that idea any more than I do. Especially if you're coming out to meet me.

Sis, it might be hard to understand why the Slytherins and elitists are the way the are, but to them it's not a small thing. They were raised to believe different and trying to change that when they don't want to only ads more fuel to the fire. Your best bet is to just ignore them. Half the time what they say is out of ignorance. You know that.

As for the others, whomever they are, that's their own problem. Don't let them determine what's worth it and what isn't. You're there for you. Don't forget that. You know how to make the best of it.
