ENGAGED TO ROZALINA DOLOHOV. he does not claim to have real friends. regulus has his relatives whom he caters to by obligation and has a few choice pureblood acquaintances that fall under obligation as well. these select few are the people he hangs around - a strictly knit group of pureblood elitists. and though he shows mild interest and associates himself with these people, his emotional attachments to them are weighed per individual and limited. he responds with loyalty should trouble befall them - intent on preserving the pureblooded families and enforcing the superiority of them. it is not surprising however, if he openly deems someones actions within this group - as a threat to the pureblood name, often wieghing this on their manner of conduct. blood traitors, muggleborns, and overall threats to his family and himself. they happen - in his case probably in hoards. a pureblood elitist self-preceived to be at the very top of this world of his, regulus is not a kind person to be around. there may be brief moments where he can show respect or play a considerate, if not an entirely objective role, but they are few and far between. he is also a blatant supporter of the rise of the death eaters, making no effort to deny this claim.regulus might not be vicious like his cousin bellatrix, but he is not without cruelty if such an implement becomes necessary. though he considers it fundamentally irrelevant. regulus black does not express, nor acknowledge the desires of his heart. he is to be engaged to a suitable pureblooded witch to continue the family line when the time comes and has long since accepted this fact without complaint. regulus lives to devote himself to his family and their values and he stubbornly and determinedly dismisses most other factors of his life for it. that being said - the roll for his to-be fiancée is available and open for discussion. i will also mention that regulus has some underlining homosexual tendencies that remains entirely irrelevant to him beyond cognitive thought - to which he attempts to avidly surpress. -x-x-x-

SINGLE & FLIRT. dan is likely to have an assortment of friends as he accepts anyone who accepts him - given that they aren't totally off their rocker, or elsewise a complete and utter wanker. being his age, he likes to party and drink (with wizards and muggles alike) when he's not working or elsewise occupied. he's not afraid to embarrass himself and tends to pursue the funny over the drama. he is a tease, and likes to joke but ultimately makes for a loyal friend who will help those should they seek it. with that in mind, he can be rather affectionate with his friends and won't hesitate to invade on personal space if he feels like it. so, really - he can be a bit pushy without realizing it but he backs off when told. also anyone who's friends with him ought to be aware that he has two massive dogs that are likely to shower them with affection upon sight. an has a bit of a rougher edge than most people and he can sometimes come across as harsh when voicing his opinions on something. not to mention he's a muggle-lover so that pretty much makes him an enemy to all elitists. he's also bound to have a few nasty bouts with frustrating customers as well. basically anyone that doesn't get along with him and doesn't like him for his beliefs and ineterest fits the bill as far as enemies are concerned. dan has been said to be a bit of a player, though to be fair he doesn't actually play around if he's in a serious relationship, he just - prefers his women to be unattached. he has been with muggles and witches alike and is usually friends with a number of them - though their relationships might fall into drunk mutual benefits/fling deal, they usually are of the same mind and don't stick to one man. which suits him fine. it wouldn't be rare for him to have angry ex's either though - though he prefers to stay away from them. In any case, dan is a flirt who has yet to fall in love and know the true meaning of a real relationship. anything planned in that regard would have to be a long term process.-x-x-x- SIBLING REQUIRED - - AD. does this need much explanation? hate, hate and what was that? oh yeah, more hate. james doesn’t like to pass up the opportunity to hex regulus or at the very least throw a few snide remarks his way and very much looks forward to beating his ass on the quidditch pitch.
RODOLPHUS AND REGULUS
being a pureblood, rod is going to get along well with regulus. because of sirius being, well, sirius i imagine, rod was wary around regulus at first but as soon as he realised that he was nothing like his brother and actually wanted to uphold his name and took pride in being a pureblood, rod would have lightened up around him and probably sees him as someone to be nurtured and so rod probably keeps him close to him to turn him into a little death eater in training. yes, no?

regulus & p o t t e r hahhaa, it certainly doesn't need much explanation lol. the feelings are mutual - though regulus, while not admitting it openly, is massively jealous of what potter has with his brother, what he could never have. which just makes it all the more lovely. xD
regulus & r o d o l p h u s yes i can definitely see that. though he'll find rodolphus' more err.... twisted side to be inappropriate to some degree's and vocally disapprove if he actually runs into him torturing or otherwise associating himself with lower specimens without justified reason. all the same, he'd definitely be regulus' way into the death eaters and he'll entertain rodolphus' nurturing stance in obligation to that. and yada yada. decent terms though considering blood and association to the family.

Sirius/Reg
I imagine Sirius and Regulus were rather close as children, which only makes their current relationship all the more complicated. As much as Padfoot really does love his brother... he can't afford to care anymore. Regulus' antics are literally killing him from the inside. They're driving him to near insanity.
If Sirius were being truthful however, he would admit that Reg was the driving force behind his staying at Grimmauld Place so long. It's no secret he hates his parents... but his brother? No, Sirius could never hate his brother. As much as he wishes he would come to his senses, he could never hate him.
In saying this however, Sirius has always been closer to the marauders than he has to his brother. It's not regulus he turns to when he's upset or angry, it James, it's Remus, it's Peter.... it's always been them. And he's sorry for that... to some degree at least.
So... yay for complicated family relations?

regulus & s i r i u s oh, indeed! that is pretty much how i imagined them. it's so sad, it's almost tragic. x'D regulus obviously cares about his older brother by way of watching him from afar, even if it mostly consists of glaring and visibly expressing his disapproval. and he most certainly doesn't understand sirius at all in his decisions - which is quite possibly a result of the fact that sirius never went to his brother for anything. there's much to be said, but no one's saying anything - is essentially how is see why they ended up in such a complicated relationship - given that there even is one now that sirius is no longer living at home. which makes it harder cause he did very much so, look up to his older brother as a child. on that note - eventually i think it would be nice to have a past thread between them that reflected on their relationship at home or at hogwarts. fights, bonding etc. xD idk. just an idea there. now i'm pretty sure regulus avoids direct confrontation with sirius because of their situatiom. and i'm rambling. but yes. yes yes yes to all of what you said. x'D

eeek! sounds like a plan! we should definately do a past thread... it shall be epically tragic. Perhaps when Sirius gets home from hogwarts after being sorted into gryffindor? then we can play the bittersweet 'I've missed you... but I'm not supposed to have' moment, followed by the 'omg listen to all the cool things I did with my friends' moment and the 'oh,.. mum and dad really do hate me now' bit. A mixed bag of brotherly goodness xP
Sirius doesn't really care much what they do, he just wants to thread xP

Well, cousins in the same year and around the same age. I think they'd be rather comfortable around each other, since they've spent more time around each other due to their ages. I like the idea of them having a sort of teasing relationship. You know? Same age and same year once again. Alex is in Ravenclaw though. She's a pureblood as well, and her two siblings are in Slytherin; a sister in seventh year and the brother who is hopefully a to-be death eater is a sixth year. She hangs around them a lot, so they'd probably see each other around more often than they actually would. Not sure what type of relationship they'd have, but Alex is rather quiet and studious. She also has this 'ice mask' on, so there's that as well. Again, I'm all open to any plots. ^^ Yes, no, maybe?...though there really isn't a set plot between these two. XD [/size][/justify] |

regulus & n a r c i s s a sounds good to me. i can see regulus with something of a soft spot for her too, though he wouldn't actually show it. that just means he's twice as more likely to jump to her aid if ever she needs it. that being said when we get a lucius and stuff goes down there he won't approve ;x not something to worry about now but a thought to consider for the long term. at any rate, i see them together most often in comparison to her siblings.
regulus & a l e x a n d r i a i think for the most part he would regard her somewhat respectfully, given what you've said. he'll still see her inferior as she isn't a black, but that goes for anyone. whether their relationship goes beyond that for now i'm not sure. at the very least he won't find being around her too irritating.

Alistair is also a quidditch player so Dan might recognize him afterwards. But if you like your idea better that works for me too xDD!
