While its true that he can totally be a little more then slightly possessive or his friends and tries to defend them when they don't want it sometimes. He's not really a bad guy all in all. But ever since he was bitten by that werewolf things have been a little different with friends. In fact, he almost avoids them out of paranoia that they will figure out that he's a werewolf and blab it or worse yet that he'll hurt them somehow. So he's been doing his best lately to avoid friends he had at Hogwarts as well as keeping anyone from becoming any sort of friend to him now. But I'm sure there's some lovely lady or bloke out there that wouldn't mind putting up with all that despite the fact that he will try to destroy everything. However, don't despair! He can be warn down! So you might win if you try hard enough. ENEMIES, ENEMIES, ENEMIES, ENEMIES, ENEMIES, ENEMIESBeing a muggleborn and a werewolf I'm sure will give at least a person or two a good reason to dislike him. After all, there isn't any fun having only characters that like yours. I'm sure there are more then a few things that Brice has managed to do in his lifetime that may have caused people to dislike him and for him to dislike them blood aside. I do ask that people get creative on their reasons for disliking him. Yeah, I know it can be hard but I like it when there is more then just a bunch of people that just don't like muggleborns. Creative hatred is much more fun. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVEBrice is not the best at romantics and odds are he may never actually be. No, he's not a total brute that can't manage even the slightest amount of care for the woman he's attracted. Instead, he just gets so bloody nervous and often disaster follows. Not saying it isn't possible with the right girl but right now he's not looking for anything in the romance department. Seeing as he hasn't quite gotten over the fact that he is dealing with his condition on an emotional level it really is the last thing on his mind. Though there really is nothing wrong with simple crushes, some flirting and maybe even someone that he could be romantically interested in down the line. So I leave it rather open. Sorry for the delay I got a little too many things at once but I do have a few ideas for your other characters.
Brice&&Raine [/font] I imagine in the short time that these two were in school together that it would be possible that they could have become friends. Or at least Raine could have been someone that Brice looked up to. Maybe she could have even helped him on his ancient runes assignments when he was having trouble. Sorta like the older sibling that he never had. If they were close-close maybe they even went as far as keeping in contact with each other. Now that Brice is a werewolf though, things would have changed. He stopped writing her or something just because he doesn't want anyone too close to him, though that never works out but its the general idea. So she could maybe want to figure out what happened to him and then they accidentally bump into each other in Hogsmeade and things just go from there? I still think he'd be dead set against her around him during the full moon no matter what she does or tries to tell him. He's just too paranoid that something would go wrong and he couldn't handle that on his conscience. Brice&&Genis[/color][/font] Considering that he knows Raine and Genis just happens to be her brother there is no doubt in my mind that while Genis and Brice were sharing a house that he kinda kept an eye on Genis. Not sure whether or not that this would have been well received but the thought was there just because of Raine. Maybe they got along well enough or maybe Genis disliked Brice for it. I'm not too picky but its always an idea if they some how cross paths. Brice&&Penelope[/color][/font] Okay even with a few years between them and being in different houses I still think that these two would have at the very least come in contact with each other at some point or another. Considering Penelope is a little scatter brained I'm doubtful that they would have been best mates or anything when they were both in school. Quite frankly I'm thinking that she might have drove him a little crazy but all and all I don't think he would have been rude to her, instead it would have been easier just to find excuses to escape. Now that Brice has graduated he works in Hogsmeade so I'm sure that they could run into each other on one of her trips there and then she can maybe have a fun time talking his ears off or something funny along those lines. Would be even better if he was working at the time and unable to leave so he kinda had to listen to her. xD I'm not sure if there could be anything long term with these two but I figure they could at least have a thread or to as acquaintances or something. Brice&&Lloyd[/color][/font] Something tells me that Brice would have found Lloyd a complete idiot in school. Or really maybe not a complete idiot maybe more of a misguided person that doesn't think and Brice finds that reason enough for Lloyd to grate on his nerves. And I'm sure there are more then a few things that Brice can manage to annoy Lloyd. So maybe they have some sort of mutual disliking of each other for somewhat shallow reasons and it just kinda carried through the years. Not saying they have to hate each other but being stuck in each other's company could just annoy the hell out of both of them. Add in a few smart remarks and it should be good to go. Brice&&Raine [/font] Sounds good to me. Raine's going to have to do some digging though because I don't see Brice giving up that information willingly. Too many paranoias floating around in his head to think things through in a logical manner. So he's totally going to make a mountain out of a molehill. Not that it isn't a big deal but you get the idea. Brice&&Genis[/color][/font] Actually I think Brice was a sixth year when Genis was a first because Brice just graduated at the end of the last term and the current one just started. Unless my math is off. But either way. I think there could be a lot of fun between these two with Genis being angry with Brice over everything with Raine and a few other things. Namely since Brice got bitten there's just that part of him that views younger humans as food, he does it more with young children but I think there would still be moments where he thinks that Genis could make good food. Its not something he would ever act on, mind you. He's got pretty good self control but it'll be just another internal battle Brice goes through in living with his curse. Could lead to some humorous moments when he's giving Genis weird looks and what not. Brice&&Penelope[/color][/font] Great. I have nothing to add. xD Brice&&Lloyd[/color][/font] Ah, I failed to make that connection for some reason. Well, even though there are certain connections at hand in friends and what not, I still think there might be times that Lloyd annoys Brice. But more so if Lloyd does something and gets himself hurt when that could have been avoided had he just thought. There might be a few comments that Brice just has to say but I'm still not thinking that they'll be friends. Pretty sure that he'd just put up with Lloyd because of Genis and that's about it.

Since there is only a year between these two and they share the same house, I could see Alistair being one of the friends that Brice is trying to push away now that he's been bitten? But Al is a persistent one and will not give up without a fight! He’d be pretty peeved that Brice is reluctant to meet up with him and stuff and so track him down or something idk. Thoughts?

I could see Alistair looking out for Oliver, and being a pureblood, he could have 'interviewed' him or whatever? But yeah, I can see Al seeing Oliver as the younger brother he never had kind of thing and what with him being rather quiet, Alistair could just talk at him haha

Brice&&Alistair [/font] I can see these two managing a decent enough friendship despite the differences between them. Almost like two people that you wouldn't think would manage to get along but somehow it works for them. Few arguments here and there and sometimes some tension but when it comes down to it I think they'd be there for one another regardless if one of them needed help. The little bit of womanizing that Alistair does might bother Brice a bit but its more then likely just one of those things that Brice avoids the discussion on. Major subject change when it comes to Alistair's conquests. Totally works for me though, if you agree. Brice is getting so many loyal friends. Love it. <3 Oliver&&Alistair[/color][/font] Oh, yes. Ollie needs someone to watch his back because he really does bring aguish upon himself. Plus it would totally be nice for him to have someone that actually doesn't mind the interviewing even if it is a little strange. Like the older brother that little Ollie never had. And duuude, he’s not a womanizer; girls just fall into his bed! xP but obviously Al would take their friendship seriously, that's why he's currently demanding an explanation as to why he hasn't kept in touch!

True enough there will be times where Brice can't subject change and still makes sense but that's half the fun. Considering that they are opposite ends of the spectrum in the idea of romantics and all the other goodies of that general area. Might have to have Alistair drag Brice to a party once they're back on speaking terms just so we can have Brice out of his element and Alistair maybe trying to help him? Something like that at least, the whole idea tickles my funny bone for some reason. Oh, well, if not womanizing at the very least its safe to say that Brice might not wholeheartedly agree on Alistair's constant changing of partners. Either way, I think there's great drama to be had between these two in just the differences alone. I will be interested in seeing how these two play off each other. [/size][/justify][/color] |

Gives some new scenery to play with and I highly doubt that he'd even think that anyone would track him down so he wouldn't think about not opening the door. After he sees who it is though he might just try to close the damn thing again! xD But we can see how that goes. I really don't care who starts it. I'm kinda tired so I'm thinking sleep sounds great and I'm not sure how the timezones go. So if the time is working and you have the desire to start something that's fine. Brice did very recently move in so I'm not sure that they would have spoken as of yet but, at the very least there's been some general eye contact, maybe a greeting spoken in passing. I do think they could get along rather well, considering the fact that she's not very good with social things either. Might relax Brice a bit because he doesn't have to obsess as much about being perfect. One way or another a friendship or at least the start of one sounds like so much fun.
